Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sandals (if worn or packaging damaged)
- Slip-on shoes (if worn or packaging damaged)
