Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals and slip-on shoes if they have been worn or if the original packaging has been damaged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your footwear:

- Complete the return request form (template provided below)
- Wait for approval – we’ll email you a return authorization within 1-2 business days
- Package your items securely in the original packaging
- Ship your return to our address (provided in your return authorization email)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Standard shipping fees apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
- If the replacement item is more expensive, you’ll be charged the difference
- If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from our Wally, Wendy, or any other collection:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
